We streamline the digitized-design approval process by emailing you a high-resolution, scanned image of your actual embroidered logo sample, saving you time and shipping costs.
Say It In Stitches only uses Tajima machines, the embroidery industry’s gold standard, resulting in always superb stitching. With a total of 66 computerized embroidery heads and machines of varying sizes, we can quickly process any order … from one piece to thousands!
Our standard, industry-leading production time is just 5 days after you approve your digitized design and we receive your blank goods. And yes, we pride ourselves on our ability to meet “impossible” deadlines—and we’ve never missed one in our more than 25 years serving our distributor clients.
– Meticulously match our thread colors to your logoed artwork. Our team does this super-important step based on visual matching or PMS colors, or colors from other thread manufacturers. With more than 200 thread colors at our disposal, matching your client’s design is easy. We choose to use high-quality rayon thread, with many colors offered in a colorfast polyester version as well.

– Sew difficult-to-embroider items and create specialized embroidery techniques such as on-trend 3-D (puff) embroidery and appliqué. Our machines sew up to 12 thread colors per logo or design, giving you an expansive color palette. We also use an exclusive 270-degree hat frame that lets us embroider hat fronts and side logos in one operation, so you get a retail look in less time.
– Accept drop shipments from your blank apparel manufacturers or vendors. We can also help you find an appropriate apparel source to meet your client’s specific needs. Once you’ve placed the order and we receive the blank goods, our team carefully checks your purchase orders against your vendors’ packing lists, so we can immediately identify and notify you about any discrepancies. That way, we won’t lose time getting your order to your clients by their in-hands date.
– Expertly project-manage every single order through its entire lifecycle. We assign a knowledgeable customer service specialist to be your contact for the entire process. That’s right! You’ll speak with the same person who’ll answer any questions and meticulously manage your jobs from start to finish.
– Notify you via the method of your choice when your embroidery job is completed and shipped, including tracking numbers (if applicable). Plus, we can UPS “blind ship” your completed job directly to your customer using your return address and with no information or markings related to the contract embroidery facility. That way, your client enjoys a seamless experience with your distributorship, and you look great to them. (Hello, repeat orders!)
